Mouse Autophagy protein 5 (Atg5) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant mouse ATG5. Manufacturer-reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity is reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions at 93-102% to 104-115% for serum, 86-96% to 107-117% for EDTA plasma, and 95-104% to 108-118% for heparin plasma.
