Mouse Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 2 (Npr2) ELISA Kit

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 0.78-50ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.391ng/mL. Synonyms for the target include Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor type B, Guanylate cyclase B, ANP-B and GC-B. The receptor is a single-pass type I membrane protein located at the cell membrane and functions as the receptor for the C-type natriuretic peptide NPPC/CNP hormone, with guanylyl cyclase activity upon ligand binding.
