Mouse ATP citrate lyase/ACLY ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse ATP citrate lyase/ACLY ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format, intended for the quantitative detection of ACLY in mouse samples. Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Recovery ranged 88–103% in serum (average 98%), 86–105% in EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 88–104% in heparin plasma (average 96%).
