Mouse ATP Binding Cassette Transporter G2 (ABCG2) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay for measuring mouse ATP-binding cassette transporter G2 (ABCG2) in tissue homogenates and related sample matrices. ABCG2, also known as BCRP (breast cancer resistance protein), operates as a homodimeric half-transporter at the plasma membrane and exports a diverse set of substrates including chemotherapeutic agents, porphyrins, and conjugated organic anions. In murine research models, the transporter is studied in the context of multidrug resistance, placental barrier function, hepatobiliary excretion, and the blood-brain interface.
