The Assay Genie Mouse ATM ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated kinase in serum, plasma and cell lysates using a sandwich ELISA format on a pre-coated 96-well microplate. The kinase plays a central role in the DNA damage response, activating cell cycle checkpoints and phosphorylating substrates such as p53 and Chk2 following double-strand breaks. Detection relies on a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm, with a standard curve covering roughly 78 to 5000 pg/mL and intra-assay precision below 10%. All reagents should be stored at 2-8 °C; reconstituted standards remain stable through two to three freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. The kit provides sufficient materials for one full 96-well plate and is intended for research use only in studies of genomic stability, neurodegeneration and tumor biology.
