Mouse ATGA/TGAB/Anti-Thyroid-Globulin Antibody ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA (Double Antigen) kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of anti-thyroid globulin antibody (TGAB) levels in mouse samples. It is intended for research applications relating to autoimmune thyroid diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease, in which anti-thyroid globulin antibodies play a critical role in disease development and progression.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with a reported sensitivity of 4.688 ng/mL and a working range of 7.813-500 ng/mL. Kits should be stored sealed at 2-8°C and not cryopreserved.

Reported linearity (n=5) for serum is 87-99% at 1:2, 83-92% at 1:4, and 80-100% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma, 91-102%, 83-95%, and 80-98%; and for heparin plasma, 86-104%, 83-98%, and 81-96%. Recovery ranges (n=5) were 85-103% (average 95%) for serum, 89-103% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-102% (average 93%) for heparin plasma.
