Mouse ATF-3 (Activating Transcription Factor 3) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of mouse Activating Transcription Factor 3 (ATF-3). It uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich method with a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an analytical range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

The assay has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months under appropriate storage conditions. The workflow involves incubation with a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB substrate development, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
