Mouse Ataxin 1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of ataxin-1 in mouse samples. The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is run on a pre-coated plate read colorimetrically at 450 nm after TMB color development. Storage of the kit is specified at 2-8°C for 12 months.
