Mouse Arylsulfatase A (Arsa) ELISA Kit

Arylsulfatase A hydrolyzes cerebroside sulfate in the lysosome, and dysregulation of its activity is associated with metachromatic leukodystrophy, a lysosomal storage disorder characterized by diffuse loss of myelin in the central nervous system. The assay is therefore relevant to neuroscience research and studies of ARSA-related disease mechanisms. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity, and recovery values are provided with the kit.
