Mouse Arginase-1 (Arg1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of arginase-1 (ARG1) levels in mouse samples. Arginase-1 is an enzyme involved in the urea cycle and the regulation of arginine metabolism, with critical functions in immune response, inflammation, and wound healing. The assay is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant mouse Arginase-1 (also known as liver-type arginase or Type I arginase), a homotrimeric cytoplasmic enzyme (UniProt Q61176). The detection range is 1.56-100 U/L with a sensitivity of 0.78 U/L. Reported intra-assay CV is 5.8% and inter-assay CV is 8.4%.
