Mouse Arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase (Alox5) ELISA Kit

The assay covers a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.087ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. The kit recognises natural and recombinant mouse Alox5 and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Detection is performed by ELISA on a microplate, with optical density read at 450 nm.
