Mouse Aquaporin 5 (AQP5) ELISA Kit

Aquaporin 5 is a transmembrane water channel protein that governs fluid movement across the epithelia of salivary glands, lacrimal glands, pulmonary airways, and the corneal surface. This immunoassay from Assay Genie provides a quantitative tool to measure AQP5 protein concentrations in mouse-derived samples, supporting research on xerostomia, Sjögren's-like pathology, dry eye disease, airway fluid regulation, and tumor models in which AQP5 expression is altered.
