Mouse Aquaporin-3 (Aqp3) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Aquaporin-3 (AQP3), also referred to as Aquaglyceroporin-3 or AQP-3. The assay uses a colorimetric readout and is reactive with mouse samples, accepting serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Specificity is defined for natural and recombinant mouse Aquaporin-3.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Precision is stated as an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Linearity has been evaluated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples, and average recovery is 86% for serum (range 80–92%) and 88% for plasma (range 82–94%). The kit is intended for research use only.
