Mouse Apolipoprotein H/ApoH ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative detection of Apolipoprotein H (ApoH) in mouse samples. The assay is configured as a double-antibody sandwich immunoassay and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. ApoH is described as a key protein in lipid metabolism with roles in regulating lipid levels and implications in cardiovascular disease, diabetes and Alzheimer's disease research.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 7.5 ng/mL and an assay range of 12.5–800 ng/mL. Validation data show average recoveries of 95% for serum, 100% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma, with linear dilution behaviour demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 ratios in the same matrices. All reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, where they remain stable for 12 months.
