Mouse Apolipoprotein H (APOH) ELISA Kit

Apolipoprotein H (APOH), also referred to as beta-2-glycoprotein I, is a plasma glycoprotein that binds anionic phospholipids and contributes to regulation of blood coagulation and clearance of apoptotic cells. The Assay Genie Mouse APOH ELISA Kit is configured as a research use only immunoassay for quantifying APOH concentrations in mouse-derived sample matrices, with validated performance on mouse serum, mouse plasma, and saliva.

Inclusion of saliva as a supported sample type extends the kit's usefulness across mouse model studies of lipid metabolism, antiphospholipid antibody responses, atherosclerosis, and thrombosis-related research. The microplate-based kit provides 96 assays per run and relies on an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard laboratory plate readers. Antibody reactivity has been validated by Assay Genie against mouse APOH specifically, and the kit is intended for non-clinical, research applications only.
