Mouse Apolipoprotein A-I (Apoa1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Apolipoprotein A-I (APOA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is reactive with mouse samples and detects both natural and recombinant mouse Apolipoprotein A-I, supporting cardiovascular and lipid-metabolism research.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.441 ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 6.9%. Linearity was tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions: serum (n=5) gave 115-127%, 103-113%, 108-117% and 106-115% respectively; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 90-100%, 106-114%, 106-116% and 95-106%; heparin plasma (n=5) gave 85-95%, 114-124%, 109-119% and 100-110%. Sample recovery averaged 96% (range 90-102%) for serum and 98% (range 92-104%) for plasma.
