Mouse APH-1A/Gamma-secretase subunit APH-1A ELISA Kit

It is a double-antibody colorimetric assay validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a stated sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL.

APH-1A is a key component of the gamma-secretase complex, which mediates the intramembrane cleavage of transmembrane substrates such as Notch receptors. Dysregulation of gamma-secretase activity has been linked to Alzheimer's disease and cancer, positioning APH-1A as a relevant biomarker in studies of signal transduction. Reported linearity spans 85-102% for serum, 92-101% for EDTA plasma, and 90-98% for heparin plasma at the 1:2 dilution, with corresponding recovery ranges of 86-105%, 85-102%, and 93-101% (averages of 96%, 91%, and 97%).
