Mouse ANXA2/Annexin A2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantification of ANXA2 (Annexin A2) levels in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL, and kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Annexin A2 is involved in membrane organisation, cell signalling, and inflammation, and has been linked to cancer, cardiovascular disease, and autoimmune disorders, making it a useful biomarker for research into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.

The procedure follows a standard sandwich ELISA workflow: reagents and TMB substrate are equilibrated to room temperature, standards and samples are loaded and incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody is added and incubated for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) is added and incubated for 30 minutes, TMB substrate is added and incubated in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and the reaction is stopped with absorbance read at 450 nm. Recovery in spiked samples is reported as 87–100% (average 98%) in serum, 88–99% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 89–102% (average 94%) in heparin plasma.
