Mouse Antithrombin (AT) ELISA Kit

Antithrombin is a serine protease inhibitor that inactivates thrombin and factor Xa, keeping the coagulation cascade in check. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie is built for mouse-derived specimens, supporting research on thrombosis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, sepsis-associated coagulopathy, and hepatic disorders where circulating antithrombin functions as a biomarker of liver synthetic capacity.

The kit ships in a 96 assays format with the components needed to perform the run: pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, wash buffer, and substrate.
