Mouse Anti-2019 nCoV (S)IgM ELISA Kit (MOFI01367)

Built around an indirect biotin-streptavidin ELISA architecture, this spike-protein IgM detection kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of anti-SARS-CoV-2 S glycoprotein IgM antibodies in murine preclinical samples. The plate is pre-coated with recombinant spike antigen, allowing capture of antigen-specific IgM from diluted specimen before signal amplification via a biotinylated anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin.

Intended for research use only, the kit is supplied as a 96 Assays pack and is commonly deployed in vaccine immunogenicity studies, monoclonal antibody characterization workflows, and time-course analyses of humoral responses in mouse challenge models. The microplate format supports multiple dilution series and replicates across treatment groups.
