Mouse ANP/Atrial natriuretic peptide-converting enzyme ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie delivers high sensitivity and specificity for cardiovascular and renal research. The assay covers a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit uses a pre-coated microplate and follows a double-antibody sandwich protocol with TMB-based colorimetric detection read at 450 nm. Reported linearity spans 80–104% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, while spike-and-recovery values average 95–96% across the same matrices. Components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, with selected components additionally suitable for long-term storage at −20°C.
