Mouse Annexin A5 (Anxa5) ELISA Kit

Annexin A5 is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that acts as an indirect inhibitor of the thromboplastin-specific complex in the blood coagulation cascade, and the binding of labeled ANXA5 to phosphatidylserine is used as a marker of apoptosis. The protein is also involved in membrane binding, inflammation regulation and cell migration, with dysregulation linked to cancer, cardiovascular disease and neurological disorders, making this a useful tool for cancer research.
