Mouse Annexin A4 (Anxa4) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of mouse Annexin A4 (Anxa4), also known by the synonyms Annexin IV, Annexin-4, and Anx4. Detection is colorimetric and the assay is reactive with mouse samples. The target protein is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein which promotes membrane fusion and is involved in exocytosis.

The assay reports a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.11 pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Linearity has been established for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions, and recovery has been characterised in serum (average 102%, range 96-108%) and plasma (average 104%, range 98-110%).
