Mouse Annexin A2 (Anxa2) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Annexin A2. It offers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.096ng/mL.

Annexin A2 (UniProt P07356) is a calcium-regulated membrane-binding protein, also known by the synonyms Annexin II, Annexin-2, Calpactin I heavy chain, Calpactin-1 heavy chain, Chromobindin-8, Lipocortin II, Placental anticoagulant protein IV, Protein I, p36, and PAP-IV. The protein has been linked to membrane trafficking, calcium ion binding, and the regulation of PCSK9-enhanced LDLR degradation. This product is intended for research use only.
