Mouse Annexin A1 (Anxa1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Annexin A1 (ANXA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is suited to research applications including studies of inflammation, immune response regulation, and cardiovascular biology.

ANXA1 is detected across a range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.16ng/mL, and the kit recognises both natural and recombinant mouse protein. Intra-assay precision is reported as 6.3% CV and inter-assay precision as 9.1% CV. Linearity has been validated in serum (96-117%), EDTA plasma (88-124%) and heparin plasma (81-121%) across dilution factors from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery averages 113% in serum (range 107-119%) and 115% in plasma (range 109-120%).

The target protein is implicated in autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disorders and cancer, and functions in glucocorticoid-mediated anti-inflammatory responses, resolution of inflammation, wound healing, phagocytosis and T-cell differentiation.
