Mouse ANGPTL4 (Angiopoietin Like Protein 4) ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Angiopoietin-Like Protein 4 (ANGPTL4) in mouse samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The procedure follows a six-step sandwich protocol: reagent and plate preparation; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes; biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and stop reaction with absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
