Angiotensin II (AngII) is an octapeptide hormone and the principal effector of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS), driving vasoconstriction, aldosterone release, and sodium retention. The assay accepts a broad set of mouse-derived sample matrices, including tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and standard fluid-phase samples.
