Mouse Angiostatin (ANG) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Angiostatin ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets a kringle-domain fragment of plasminogen that blocks endothelial proliferation and is widely used to characterise anti-angiogenic responses in murine cancer, ischaemia, and ocular neovascularisation models. The protocol uses a 50 uL sample volume per well with an HRP-based detection system on a pre-coated microplate, and reagents including standards, biotinylated detection antibody, TMB substrate, and stop solution are supplied in single-use vials. Reagents are stabilised for storage at 4°C while lyophilised standards are kept at -20°C to preserve activity through repeated freeze-thaw cycles for research use only.
