Mouse Angiopoietin-related protein 2 (Angptl2) ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Angiopoietin-related protein 2 (Angptl2), also known as Angiopoietin-like protein 2 or Arp2. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

Angptl2 is a secreted signalling protein that induces sprouting in endothelial cells through autocrine and paracrine action, and is widely expressed in mouse heart, tongue, lung and skeletal muscle with lower levels in kidney, epididymis and testis. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Angptl2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

The standard curve spans 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.165 ng/mL, and absorbance is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader. Components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are provided with the kit.
