Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 3 (ANGPTL3) ELISA Kit

A solid-phase enzyme immunoassay from Assay Genie built for quantitative measurement of mouse Angiopoietin-like protein 3 (ANGPTL3) in research samples. ANGPTL3 is a liver-secreted factor that acts as an endogenous inhibitor of lipoprotein lipase, and circulating levels are investigated in mouse models of dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome. Multiple sample matrices from mouse subjects are accepted, including serum-based, plasma-based, and tissue homogenate preparations, with absorbance readings taken on a standard microplate reader. Unopened reagents should be refrigerated until the expiration date; allow components to equilibrate to room temperature before running the plate. Each kit supplies materials sufficient for 96 assays and is intended for research use only.
