Mouse Angiopoietin Like Protein 2/ANGPTL2 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of Angiopoietin-like protein 2 (ANGPTL2), this sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format and is validated for use with mouse samples. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, making it well-suited to research into angiogenesis, blood vessel formation, and related disease pathways including cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative disorders.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 100% (range 91-105%), in EDTA plasma 97% (range 85-104%), and in heparin plasma 95% (range 85-105%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 91-99%, 84-99% and 83-97% for serum; 87-105%, 92-98% and 82-92% for EDTA plasma; and 90-102%, 84-89% and 86-100% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for research applications and should be stored at 2-8°C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
