Mouse Angiopoietin-2 (Angpt2) ELISA Kit

Angiopoietin-2 (ANG-2/Agpt2) is a key regulator of angiogenesis that binds to the TEK/TIE2 receptor, competing for the ANGPT1 binding site and modulating ANGPT1 signaling. Its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker. The assay reports an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and inter-assay CV of 7.3%, with linearity validated across serum (94% recovery, 88-100%), EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
