Mouse Angiopoietin 2/ANG2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Angiopoietin-2 (ANG2) in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated capture antibody on the plate together with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader [S1][S2].

The target is also known by the aliases ANG2, Angiopoietin 2, ANG-2, ANGPT2 and AGPT2 and corresponds to UniProt Q64438. The stated detection range is 39.063-2500 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and stored according to the kit table; the working procedure uses a biotin-labelled antibody working solution followed by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate working solution, TMB development and an acidic stop solution.
