Mouse Angiopoietin-1 receptor (Tek) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Angiopoietin-1 receptor (Tek) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Angiopoietin-1 receptor.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.086ng/mL. Reported precision values are an Intra CV of 6.7% and an Inter CV of 9.2%. Recovery in serum averages 97% (range 91-103%) and in plasma averages 99% (range 93-105%). Linearity data covers serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
