Mouse Angiogenin (Ang) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this is a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for measuring Angiogenin (ANG) in mouse samples. The kit supports research into angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and associated disease mechanisms including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay has a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a detection range of 0.469-30 ng/mL. Linearity was assessed in serum (n = 5), EDTA plasma (n = 5), and heparin plasma (n = 5) at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Reported values are: serum 85-103% / 83-101% / 81-98%; EDTA plasma 85-101% / 89-101% / 81-96%; heparin plasma 88-105% / 85-99% / 82-99%. Recovery ranges are: serum (n = 5) 86-103% with average 97%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) 91-101% with average 97%; heparin plasma (n = 5) 88-102% with average 94%.

The procedure uses a pre-coated plate with sequential incubations: primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
