Mouse AN1-type zinc finger protein 6 (Zfand6) ELISA Kit

Zfand6 (UniProt Q9DCH6, molecular weight 24,001 Da) is a cytoplasmic AN1-type zinc finger protein, also known by the synonyms Awp1, Za20d3, 3110005P07Rik, Associated with PRK1 protein and Zinc finger A20 domain-containing protein 3. According to the manufacturer, the protein is involved in the regulation of TNF-alpha induced NF-kappa-B activation and apoptosis, in modulation of 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination status of TRAF2, and in PTS1 target sequence-dependent protein import into peroxisomes and PEX5 stability.
