Mouse Amyloid beta A4 protein (App) ELISA Kit

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 39pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with reported values ranging from 80% to 127% depending on sample type and dilution. Recovery averages 111% (range 105-117%) for serum and 113% (range 107-119%) for plasma.
