Mouse Alpha-fetoprotein (Afp) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise quantification of alpha-fetoprotein levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is reactive against mouse Alpha-fetoprotein (synonyms: Alpha-1-fetoprotein, Alpha-fetoglobulin). The kit delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.18ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 9.4%. Linearity has been established across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recovery of 96% for serum (range 90-102) and 98% for plasma (range 92-104).

Alpha-fetoprotein is associated with liver development and function, making it a valuable biomarker for studies of liver health, cancer progression and treatment efficacy.
