Mouse alpha 2-Antiplasmin/SERPINF2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse alpha2-Antiplasmin (SERPINF2) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Alpha-2-antiplasmin is a serine protease inhibitor that regulates blood clotting and fibrinolysis, and its dysregulation has been associated with pathologies such as thrombosis, hemophilia and liver disease.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV below 8% and inter-assay CV below 10%. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum, EDTA plasma and UFH plasma yielded average recoveries of 95%, 99% and 92% respectively. The kit is supplied for research use only and is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
