Mouse aHSP/Alpha-hemoglobin-stabilizing protein ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit provides quantitative measurement of mouse Alpha-Hemoglobin-Stabilizing Protein (AHSP) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

Stated performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 82–98%, 84–100%, and 82–100%; for EDTA plasma (n = 5) it is 84–98%, 85–95%, and 82–100%; and for heparin plasma (n = 5) it is 84–96%, 86–96%, and 89–105%. Recovery ranges are 87–105% (serum, average 94%), 86–101% (EDTA plasma, average 97%), and 85–103% (heparin plasma, average 95%). Storage is specified at 2–8°C for 12 months.
