Mouse AhR (Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor) CLIA Kit (MOES00100)

This Sandwich-CLIA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, using a chemiluminescence detection method. The assay is reported with a sensitivity of 46.88 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.13-5000 pg/mL, an assay time of 4.5h and a sample volume of 100 μL.

The micro CLIA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse AhR. Standards or samples are added to the wells and combined with the specific antibody, then a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively and incubated. Free components are washed away, substrate solution is added, and the Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse AhR, allowing the concentration in samples to be calculated by comparison to a standard curve.

The kit is reported to recognize Mouse AhR in samples with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse AhR and analogues.
