Mouse AGT (Angiotensinogen) CLIA Kit (MOES00073)

This chemiluminescence immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Angiotensinogen (AGT) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. It uses a Sandwich-CLIA principle, with a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse AGT.

The Relative Light Unit (RLU) value measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse AGT, which is calculated by comparing sample RLU values to a standard curve.
