Mouse Agmatinase, mitochondrial (Agmat) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Agmatinase, mitochondrial (Agmat), also known as agmatine ureohydrolase or AUH. The target belongs to the arginase family, is localised to the mitochondrion and functions in putrescine and spermidine biosynthesis from arginine.

The assay provides a detection range of 0.156–10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.05ng/mL, and linearity has been examined in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
