Mouse AGER/RAGE ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse AGER/RAGE ELISA Kit is a sandwich (double antibody) ELISA developed for the quantitative detection of mouse Advanced Glycosylation End-Product Specific Receptor (AGER). The kit is designed for research applications studying AGER-mediated binding and signalling of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), with dysregulation of AGER implicated in diabetes, inflammation, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Detection is colorimetric, with a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a working range of 125-8000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity in serum spans 87-98% (1:2), 87-96% (1:4) and 92-100% (1:8); in EDTA plasma, 88-100% (1:2), 83-92% (1:4) and 88-94% (1:8); and in heparin plasma, 89-99% (1:2), 87-99% (1:4) and 87-95% (1:8). Recovery ranges are 87-105% (average 97%) for serum, 90-99% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 87-105% (average 96%) for heparin plasma.
