Mouse Adrenomedullin ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of adrenomedullin in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Adrenomedullin is a peptide hormone involved in blood pressure regulation, vascular function, cardiovascular homeostasis, inflammation, immune response, and cell proliferation, supporting research into cardiovascular disease and hypertension.

The double-antibody sandwich assay reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Dilutional linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (1:2, 1:4, 1:8; n=5) spans 80–105%, and mean recovery averages 98% in serum, 93% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The workflow comprises reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin binding step, TMB colour development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm following stop solution.
