Mouse ADRA1A/Alpha-1A adrenergic receptor ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Alpha-1A adrenergic receptor (ADRA1A) in mouse samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and a double-antibody format, and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Spiked recovery values average 93% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma, with linear dilution behaviour demonstrated across serum (85-104%, 82-95%, 89-105%), EDTA plasma (92-97%, 90-101%, 83-100%) and heparin plasma (83-96%, 83-94%, 80-99%) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively. The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin binding and TMB substrate development, read at 450 nm, with reagents stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
