Mouse ADM (Adm) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate quantification of Adrenomedullin (ADM; synonyms: ADM, Adm) in mouse samples. It has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse ADM.

Performance is characterised by a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.84pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity has been tested in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averages 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma.

Adrenomedullin is a regulatory peptide involved in vasodilation, blood pressure regulation, cell growth and homeostasis, and is implicated in cardiovascular disorders, sepsis and inflammation.
