Mouse Adiponectin Receptor 1/ADIPOR1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse Adiponectin Receptor 1 (ADIPOR1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA employing a double-antibody format, designed for the quantitative detection of ADIPOR1 in mouse samples. The assay is reactive with mouse and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is performed colorimetrically, with absorbance read at 450 nm immediately after addition of stop solution.
