Mouse Adiponectin ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of adiponectin in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. Mouse adiponectin is also referenced by the synonyms AdipoQ, ADP, Acrp30, GBP28, ACDC and ADPN.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity testing (n = 5) showed recoveries of 87-105% (1:2), 90-95% (1:4) and 81-99% (1:8) for serum, 93-105%, 88-101% and 88-102% for EDTA plasma, and 85-101%, 88-100% and 98-104% for heparin plasma. Spiking recovery across the same matrices averaged 93% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma and 91% for heparin plasma (n = 5).

Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
