Mouse Adipocyte plasma membrane-associated protein (Apmap) ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative detection of mouse Adipocyte plasma membrane-associated protein (APMAP). The colorimetric assay is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids [C0, S1]. A reported detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL support reliable measurement of the target analyte [S1].

APMAP is a single-pass type II membrane protein (UniProt Q9D7N9) described as exhibiting strong arylesterase activity with beta-naphthyl acetate and phenyl acetate and as playing a role in adipocyte differentiation [S1].
